This artisan liqueur is made from hand-selected bay leaves, freshly processed to fully bring out its unique aromatic flavour.
Laurel liqueur is traditionally kept in the freezer to be drunk as an aperitif or digestif as cool as possible.
It can also be mixed with a dry white wine or
a light sparkling wine. Even in a cocktail, our Laurlié knows how to bring that extra touch that opens all taste buds to fully enjoy appetisers or meals.
For dessert, a Flemisch Laurel Creme using 2 parts Laurlié to 1 part fresh cream is an unforgettable finish.
Keep in mind, because of the cream, this cream does not preserve, but this need not be an objection.
Laurlié can also be used for dessert, with vanilla or lemon ice cream as a flavouring, or simply during the preparation of your meal.
